We keep customer details for a maximum of five years. The company deems it necessary to hold records for this time in order to provide better customer service. However, if you wish at any time to be removed from our database then please request this over email.
Terms Of Use
The prices offered to customers will vary based on the property, dates of stay, and other factors including but not limited to payment processing fees and discretionary commission charges.
Kindly note that most accommodation types require guests to be over the age of 18 years old.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a property through BookEcoHotels, we will do our best to ensure your trip has maximum flexibility. In advance of making a booking on behalf of our clients, we give them a detailed breakdown of the chosen property’s cancellation policy and confirm this with the customer. Only upon accepting the property’s terms of change/cancellation will we go ahead and book the property for them.
As such, we are governed by the same cancellation policy as the properties themselves. Specifically, if you book a property with free changes/cancellation up until arrival, then that’s the policy that applies for your booking through us for that property.
In any case, we ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible if you intend on cancelling a reservation, so that we can preserve our good relationships with our partner properties and other properties that we may arrange stays with.
We are unable to make policy exceptions to the booked property’s own stated cancellation policies. In the event we facilitate a payment for a property that is non-refundable, that is the policy we must abide by.
